Goshawks Gymnastics Club is adopting the new British Gymnastics Award Schemes, which were introduced 2001 onwards. They are:-

Levels 7 - 2 (adaptation of the old Kit-e-Kat 6 - 1). ( On reaching level 2, the gymnast qualifies for the level 1 badge, medal, and certificate. As this is quite an achievement we are going to suggest to the gymnast that they choose where, how, and when they wish to be awarded this, or they can wait for the annual presentation.)

Bronze, Silver, and Gold, badges and certificates can be achieved in the following categories:-

Dance Pairs Hand Apparatus Floor

Vault and Rebound. Trampolining.

(These are quite advanced badge schemes, and parts can only be tested under certain conditions.)

The only badge scheme still being kept by British Gymnastics is Fun-Fit 0 -3, & 3-5. (formerly Persil Fun-Fit.)

We will still run the old formats, ie Kit-e-Kat 6-1; Midland Bank sports acro. 3 - 1; Bar and Bench 2 and 1,

Gold Top 4 piece apparatus single, double, and triple; (Persil) Fun-Fit 5-7 / 7-9 / 9 -11., as stocks allow.
